Affiliate Support Co-ordinator - UAE & GCC
Collect and Reserve Units on an annual basis and maintain accurate record of obligation on EVS1
Support Member helpdesk with inventory for CIP
Maintain regular contact with resorts; provide training and support for Resortlink 2000 & Yourgpn and WE for resort admin and middle management resorts staff.
AGM and seminar attendance when needed
Collate Information and scores relating to RCI RRP scores, and distribute to Resorts & Account Managers
Deal with email and telephone queries from all regional resorts in a timely and accurate manner
Promote RCI Products & Services to Affiliates
Monitor & check Rental Invoices for payment
Ensure that comment card reports are received by developer/management – key contacts/.
Provide support to RQIP project process.
Executing the PIM project for EMEA.
Support rentals, web comparisons, fill the required data forms, co-ordinate with RM re inventory add & remove.
Update EVS1 and DBL for Resort Information Sheets, Urgent Info and Resort Notes. Issue Errata’s. Manage status changes. Request resort freezes
Project Manage the loading of new Resorts & units, Resort Disaffiliations, Calendar Changes andMajor changes of constitution
Perform VIP exchanges for targeted clients
Collect payback inventory
Bulk Collect and transfers
Process all Enrolments for Regional resorts
Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized and able to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven Administration Skills, Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail
2-3 years in the hospitality/travel industryin a sales/customer service environment
Arabic & English languages – must be fluent and have proficient writing skills in all.
Additional languages will be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or tourism studies
