Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, sharp and energetic office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
The overall focus of the position is to assure the needs of the team are met. Close attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment is a necessity.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
Filing and maintenance of personnel documents
Answering the phone and recording/distributing messages accordingly
Assist with preparing Human Resources - related paperwork
Other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations related to matters with the administrative team
