Job Description

Prepare and update the department’s monthly/quarterly/yearly needed reports.
Ensure the timely submission of business measurable objectives to the concerned supervisor and fulfil and prepare all necessary reports as per department requirements.
Follow-up and ensure the submission of daily requirements to the CEO’s office.
Define employees training needs in coordination with the concerned manager and set the annual training plan as per the needs.
Prepare and submit the annual Department’s Execution Plan (including Projects, Programs and/or Initiatives), track monthly progress and ensure implementation of Project Management Policy.
Update and report, on a monthly basis, the department’s KPI results (projects, departmental, core, partnership and knowledge management), ensure the necessary analysis completed accordingly and set a corrective action plan for results that do not meet the target.
Generate and review the attendance reports for department employees and follow-up closing all absences to achieve absences KPI target.
Review and update job descriptions for the departments related positions with the concerned managers, ensure effectiveness of the same and maintain full database for future needs.
Submit and analyse the results of internal sections evaluation report (including nationalization, turnover, trainings, attendance, and Director’s Requests) on quarterly basis.
Prepare yearly department employees leaves plan and ensure estimated implementation as approved.
Provide assistance and guide to employees in using systems (GRP Self Service, EMS Tarasul, CTS, ADAA, T&A).
Review the individual performance plans for the department employees (Planning, Mid-Cycle & End of Cycle) and ensure all phases requirements are completed without errors.
Prepare department’s annual communication plan and review results to ensure target met as per plan.
Coordinate department meetings with various parties and ensure providing all requirements to ensure successful meetings.
Attend department meetings and prepare minutes of meetings, in addition to follow-up with the concerned to ensure assigned tasks are completed as per the management instructions.
Organize and perform administrative and office works in the organizational unit.
Ensure compliance with government requirements within the department.
Bachelor in Business Administration from a recognized university.
5years of relevant working experience.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
