Job Description

Create and update restaurant data, coverage areas, delivery region, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos on our Website/portal.
Set up, monitor and manage online order transmission.
Upload and maintain the new promotions / offers & Banners on our Website/portal
Liase with sales for any immediate changes.
Respond to restaurant incoming queries or information by phone or emails.
To follow up all enquiries, prepare forms and reports, and summarize the coordination tasks implemented for any project for a new or current restaurant.

Update database where necessary to allow effective Coordination Service in the future.
Liaise with graphic designer for resizing of logos.
Skills
Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). Fluency in arabic is must.
Customer Service Skills.
