Position Overview
To support & coordinate daily activities within the CEO office & Legal, including scheduling appointments, preparation of reports & other documents, recording of proceeding & meetings, progressive follow-ups & miscellaneous administrative work
Essentials Job Functions
Provides confidential secretarial & administrative support to the CEO office & the operating function
Coordinate meeting agenda & schedules within CEO/legal office & prepare materials for the meetings
Track the progress & quality of work being performed within the operating function & prepare coinciding status reports
Work on SAP & follow up on approvals
Safety Responsibilities
To comply with those elements of company's environment, health & safety management system & other company documents where specific responsibilities is identified with the role or as a general requirement on all employees.
Being aware of policies & procedures & their responsibilities for protecting corporate assets.

Desired Candidate Profile
Academic qualification : Academic record a high school or higher education level supporting high level of competence in written & spoke English & ideally Arabic.
Professional Qualification
Advance MS office skills
Basic knowledge of SAP
Project Management

Experience
Not less than 5 years' proven experience in a related role
