Job description Job purpose and organizational context Job purpose: Supports the HR Manager/ HR Business Partner in all related HR process and issues with a local and/or international scope Reporting lines and interactions: Hierarchically reports to: HR Manager/ HR Business Partner Operationally reports to: HR Manager/ HR Business Partner Directly supervises (operationally): N/A Key interactions (internally, externally): Internally: Management/Operations/Finance/HSE/Security/ Unions and in general all Entity's Functions Externally: Tax, Labor Authorities, Consulting Companies and Pension Providers Job scope (= role dimension: budget, management, specific criteria): N/A Profile: Must have:
Bachelor's degree (preferably HR related)
Knowledge of HR management methods and tools
Strong ethics and commitment to Technip values
Ability to ensure data confidentiality
Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
Nice To Have
Knowledge of Labor law
Fluent in English
International work experience
Main accountabilities HR Officer might coordinate and/or support all activities and processes relating to:
Directly delivers a wide range of activities within HR (mainly Administrative)
Personnel management, incentive and retention policies for the entity
Company organization, with special reference to the issue of Organizational Provisions and Organization Charts
Staff planning, Recruitment and Selection (at entity level)
Compensation & Benefits, with particular attention to integrate local and Group-level incentive tools
HR consolidated reporting to Corporate
Manages Industrial Relations

Ensures implementation of Corporate, Region, and Entity projects and processes such as Performance Appraisal, Retention, People Review, International Mobility, Succession Plan, Recruitment, etc. Identify and enforce managerial development methodologies supported by efficient related tools
Executes International Mobility policies appropriately
Ensures Labor law and Social security compliance
Ensures data integrity in HR systems at entity level
Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
