Human Resources Administrator | Trust Re | Manama


Job description

You will Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources across the assigned areas of Trust Re by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in line with Trust Re group. Develop long-term strategies and sponsor key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and employee engagement across the Trust Re group. This role will also take a lead on Trust Re group Employee Engagement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You will provide a comprehensive HR service to Trust Re supporting the business / revenue growth and performance targets within these business areas.Develop and implement the Trust Re Group Employment Engagement strategy.Provides strategic HR direction, and ensures implementation of legally compliant human resource policies, programs and best practice processes in the region, including: talent management, workforce planning, performance management, human capital, employee relations, compensation & benefit, management of organizational change, organizational design, resourcing etc.Identify and agree KPIs for the respective area of responsibility to deliver tangible sustainable continuous improvement.Work closely with the head of HR and the centers of excellence to identify and delivery group HR strategies to meet short, middle and long term business needs across the business and drive employee relations practices that deliver a positive employer-employee relationship, a high performance culture, workforce capability and a high level of employee engagement. Develop group employee recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental and branch recognition programs. Participate in ongoing analysis of key data identifying trends. Develop, evaluate and implement new processes to ensure employees are informed of company programs and announcements. Collect timely data to support business initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions .Strategically collaborate with and build relationships across functional divisions, Corporate Entities and key external stakeholders.

You will have over 10 years experience in HR with over 8 years as a HRBP, you must be a degree holder with a preference for HR qualified. CIPD is preferred.
