Our client is a leading regional group of Companies seeking to recruit an “Office Manager” to manage and handle all the personal, office and admin requirements for the CEO/owner of the group.
Job Requirements
A senior office manager / Personal Assistant with 8 years of experience and above
A university degree is a must
Strong in admin, preparing meetings briefs, presentations, excel sheets, follow through on all pending issues related to the CEO affairs
Someone presentable, with very strong communications skills, capable of coordinating with internal and external senior executives and stakeholders

Very well organized, effective in time management, scheduling and coordination all CEO admin and office related activities
Very proficient in Microsoft office programs
Work will be based in Abu Dhabi
Salary & Benefits:
Ranging between 20K - 25K UAE DHS total package, that would include basic housing and car allowance
