Local Unit & Position Description
The Intern is expected to provide support on day to day Admin taska related to the Project in Abu Dhabi, prep aring presentations, formatting word documents (proposals and reports), preparing Minutes of Meetings and also performing project management officer activities.

Major Tasks involve, but not limited to

Prior admin support experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Articulate, organized and dynamic personality
Meeting preparation assistance (logistics, agenda drafting, attendance confirmation, meeting minutes drafting)
Internal project team activities coordination, drafting updates, files housekeeping and updating
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, power point, excel)
Precision, excellence, attention to detail
