To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers etc. and exhibit complete professionalism in communication with them

Job Description
In this role, you will be required to:
To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department
To divert calls to assigned colleague when not in seat
To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures
To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them
To assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks etc
Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them including tracking delivery
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
Coordination of ID and other visitors cards
Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees
Follow up with housekeeping materials, stationary item and place orders
Must have effective communication skills and possess good telephone etiquette
Should be well versed with Internet/Mails/MS-Word / MS-Excel
Should be able to perform Multi - Tasking
Should have pleasing personality / Customer centric approach
Educational Qualifications
