Office Administrator (m/f)*

For Munich Re Underwriting Agents Ltd.

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to perform all duties of a receptionist and provide administrative support to the business.

Your Job:

Responsible for manning the company telephone lines, transferring calls and messages to colleagues appropriately in a timely manner.
Accommodate and receive all guests/suppliers visiting the office and assisting them with their purpose of visit.
Manage the delivery of all incoming/outgoing courier services/mail & maintain a register for the same along with reconciling of billed services.
Responsible for business related meeting and entertainment appointments for colleagues.
Oversee meeting room bookings in the office through the outlook calendar to avoid conflict of meeting room appointments in coordination with colleagues.
Responsible for preparation of Gate and Building Access passes as required for visitors.
Keep track of all office and pantry supplies and working together with the administration to ensure that the supplies are always in stock.
Support the business in filing and documentation tasks when required
Your Profile:

Diploma/Study programme (or equivalent)
Knowledge of business principles.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in similar position.
Good communication skill in English in essential
Time management & punctuality
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
