The Organization:
Our client is an agricultural investment company with international projects. For the office of their UAE National President they are hiring an experienced Office Manager (Executive Secretary) to support the President in everything necessary. Due to the nature of the work and environment, our client is only considering Arab male candidates, preferably already in UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the office of the President;
Take care of all incoming and outgoing communication;
Facilitate the smooth running of the office;
Manage travels and schedule;
Handle information requests;
Prepare confidential and sensitive documents;
Coordinate office management activities;
Take and transcribe dictation;
Coordinate travel arrangements;
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and other back-office software
Outstanding communication in English and Arabic
Integrity and confidentiality as main values
Education & Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or relative field
8-10 years proven experience as Office Manager or Executive Secretary or similar administrative role
Experience in supporting C-level management in corporate environment
Business Administration or similar
