Office and Admin Assistant | Bayzat | Dubai

Job description


We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office and Admin Assistant to enhance our team members’ work life experience at Bayzat. In addition, this person will also extend support to the CEO and People & Culture Team whenever considered necessary.

 Responsibilities:

Manage all office related tasks and resolve any related issues promptly
Ensure availability of office equipment / material and manage timely reordering
Manage front desk tasks including courier management and attending to visitors
Plan and arrange all official travel requirements including visa application, travel arrangement and hotel accommodation booking
Arrange for new joiners’ requirements to ensure they are comfortable and settle into their roles with ease
Support People & Culture Coordinator for visa application and renewal process
Use Bayzat Benefits efficiently for all administration related tasks
Be well versed with UAE Labor Law and be the go to person for all related issues
Support the planning and organizing of team building activities
Schedule interviews for Executives, Hiring Managers and Recruiters based on availability
Conduct timely and detailed reference check calls for selected candidates
Extend support to People & Culture team for all ad-hoc projects
 Required Skills and Experience:

Preferably 1 to 2 years of office and admin domain experience with at least 1 year in UAE
Researching skills
Detail-oriented
Self-organizing
Proactive in identifying and resolving problems and helping others
Passionate for continuous improvement and self-education
Good at verbal and written communication in English
