Job Description / Role
A bespoke British law firm based in the heart of DIFC, is seeking an Assistant Office Manager/HR Administrator to support the Office Manager with the day to day running of the office and with the overall HR function. As an ambassador for the organisation, the role is key to the business and requires a true professional to represent the company in the best possible manner. The role is client facing and candidates will possess exceptional English skills and strong presentation skills.
The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including but not limited to; setting and maintaining HR personnel files, administering secretarial skills testing, liaising with candidates and agents, arranging video conference bookings internally and with external facilities and assist the Office Manager with key reports.
Additionally, you will assist with managing leave and sickness allocation, holiday rota for both fee earners and support staff and assist with travel arrangements as and when required. You will be the point of contact for any visitors into the office and liaise with all suppliers.
Experience gained in a professional services firm is desirable. Proactivity, good organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount, coupled with excellent MS Office skills.
