Job Description

To provide executive level support for the CEO and can work as a representative and trusted right hand of the CEO office with high level secretarial, administration and business support.
Handles incoming mails and telephone calls in confidentiality, direct correspondence and collate to the appropriate person to obtain information required.
Attend to meetings for minute taking, distribution and follow up on action items as the representative of the office
Preparing and producing documents using the latest Microsoft applications
Managing documents
Preparing meeting agenda and taking down notes in meetings
Liaising with other department managers and other stakeholders about certain projects
Creating reports using different tools
Representing the company in events and in some meetings
Booking hotels and flights
Managing emails and meeting schedules
Performing other tasks that may be assigned

Candidate Requirements
have at least 1 year of administration or secretarial experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
knowledge in using Microsoft application
ability to work in a very demanding work environment
flexible to work even after working hours to coordinate meetings/produce reports
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
