We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant t o support the General Manager in all tasks to operate and deliver the academy services.
IT System Administration – administrates the course booking system, input and maintain data, prepare reports and presentations.
Maintains general manager’s and invited instructor’s appointment schedules by planning and scheduling courses, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Facilitates and records internal meetings including management, scheduling, operations, logistics
Represents the general manager by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
Conserves general manager’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
Completes projects and work by managing tasks with global support staff; following up on results.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Act as the point of contact between the general manager and internal/external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
The right person will have business acumen and doing a part time MBA or interested in undertaking one. They will be IT literate, preferably with PHP and WordPress experience.
The Academy is in a start-up mode and the right person will have lots of energy, and will be prepared to take on any task outside of their job description to ensure the Academy succeeds.
Degree in any business, science, engineering, IT or similar discipline.
