THE ROLE
The HR & Admin Officer at AAA position will require a versatile talented person as it encompasses a variety of activities for a unique business model offering assistance services on behalf of clients for their customers.
The HR & Admin Officer role at AAA is a dynamic and self-rewarding job as it exposes candidate to a variety of activities within the company as well as with external bodies.
Successful candidate is expected to bring knowledge and expertise in the basic HR activities and a strong experience in Administration.
To succeed in this role, candidate must be a fast learner and show proactive behavior while being a strong team player. Must adapt quickly to a unique environment.
Collect timely data to support business initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions
Strategically collaborates with and builds relationships across functional divisions, Corporate Entities and key external stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Administration & HR
Preferred background from Customer Service/Insurance industry
Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written skills.
Planning & Time Management skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Good understanding to the labor law
Quality of work and attention to detail
Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft tools)
