Implements corporate policy at the business unit or division level. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Is a key member of the Sr. Leadership Country management team. Collaborates with senior management to develop solutions that meet regulatory, cultural and sound business process and organizational development principles. Develops and drives region-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workday, salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change efforts).
Delivers value and is viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and trusted member of the line management staff and HR Leader. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Accountable For The Performance And Results Of
Designing, implementing and monitoring variety of Human Resources initiatives as an HR Generalist, in partnership with Corporate Centers of Excellence
Anticipates, plans and coordinates long-term Human Resources needs and trends in partnership with
business and HR leaders dispersed throughout the region (and in other time zones including US and EU)
Demonstrated project management and organization skills
At least 8 years of Human Resources expertise with 3+ years of people management experience, including as a People Manager
Proven, sound HR and Business thought leadership having worked closely with Senior Country Leadership levels
Sound judgment and decision making skills
Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively and is capable of working “hands on”
Flexibility/Adaptability; in working style, schedule and in/with diverse cultures
Leadership: Ability to inspire others to do their best work and the will to hold others accountable to deliver on commitments
Proficiency in written and spoken English with a second language ability as an advantage
Proficiency navigating, managing and implementing in a technical environment (e.g., HRIS Systems – Workday)
Proficiency/leadership in those values Bose holds most dear;
Credentials, ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed (10+%)
