Office Admin Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Office Admin for our firm, location Dubai.
Job Description**:
Coordinate and organize meetings, schedules conference rooms, and maintain organization’s business equipment.
Order office supplies and business equipment supplies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Prepare various correspondence and email communication to support the needs of the organization
Prepare purchase orders, and administrative files, and maintain file documentation
Validate invoices for payment and processing
Initiate, compile, and prepare various weekly/monthly/quarterly reports timely and accurately
Document minutes of meetings, capturing action items and individuals responsible for the action items
Participates in various special projects assigned by the manager
Job Skills**:
High School diploma or GED; some college preferred
Minimum of three years secretarial or administrative support experience
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Understanding of general business principles and practices, and experience working in a corporate setting
Work at Downtown location, no remote work
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Organizational skills: must be organized with careful attention to detail
Strong Math skills
