Job description


Key responsibilities



Reception

Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors to our office providing a high level of customer service.
Processing and screening incoming telephone calls
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
Check and sign for deliveries, before informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
Manage main switchboard, security and visitor management systems.
Maintaining the presentation of the Reception area and meeting rooms.
Office Administration

Facilitate and manage inventory of office supplies.
Assist in Building Admin correspondence.
Stock control and procurement of office and kitchen supplies
General administration support for facilities, courier and office services as required
Assist with travel bookings and communication of travel advisories.
Updating and maintaining employee telephone database
