Main Responsibilities
Job description / Role
Answering and redirecting incoming calls
Responding to email queries
Managing accommodation & travel arrangement for senior staff
Ordering and maintaining office stock ie. stationary
Managing bookings for conference rooms
Creating gate passes for external visitors
Meet and greet external visitors
Strong administration skills
Confident and hardworking
Self motivated
Happy to work as part of a team
Excellent English required
Degree in Business administration - not essential
Stable employment record
Willing to be flexible
